• Strict NDAs: Every professional in the Anderise network signs a strict, legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Confidentiality Agreement before they are ever introduced to your systems or codebase.

03Data Security & Remote Infrastructure

A remote team must operate securely. We enforce strict guidelines for how our professionals handle your data and access your systems.

• Client-Controlled Access:We mandate that all talent uses the client's preferred secure infrastructure (e.g., Client-issued VPNs, Client-managed AWS/GCP IAM roles, Client-provided Okta/SSO). You control the access, and you can revoke it instantly.
• Secure Hardware Policies: Talent in the Anderise network are required to adhere to strict BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) security policies, including mandatory full-disk encryption, active firewalls, up-to-date OS patching, and the use of reputable antivirus software.
• Zero-Trust Methodology: We train our professionals in Zero-Trust security principles, ensuring they understand the importance of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), secure password management (using tools like 1Password or Bitwarden), and avoiding public Wi-Fi networks without encrypted VPNs.

04Operational Compliance

Anderise operates as a B2B partner, abstracting away the legal complexities of cross-border hiring.

• US Legal Entity: Anderise LLC is a registered entity in Wyoming, USA. Your contracts, billing, and legal recourse are entirely within the US legal system. You do not need to navigate complex LATAM labor laws — we handle that.
• Independent Contractor Compliance: We structure our talent engagements carefully to ensure strict compliance with international contractor classification laws, shielding our clients from misclassification risks (co-employment liability).
• Secure Payment Infrastructure: All financial transactions are handled through enterprise-grade, PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) and insured banking partners.

05Continuous Monitoring & Offboarding

• Seamless Offboarding: When an engagement ends, our standardized offboarding protocol ensures the immediate return or destruction of any locally stored client data, alongside the revocation of all system accesses.
